If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, and return shipping will be covered by SONAMOO

Returns for Other Reasons
For returns not related to damage or defects, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For food safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
